This is my 100th post!

Shaw Cable

Back in August I was approached by Brand New School to do some development work for a commercial pitch they had with Canadian cable company Shaw. I was asked to design some characters and environments for a town called "Shawville", a place where people and their digital devices communicated and shared similar personalities. I think the pitch got beat out by another studio, but the project was a ton of fun and was my first real professional opportunity to create and produce a visual style.

Břetislav Pojar

Tribute to the late Bretislav Pojar. I had the amazing opportunity to meet Mr. Pojar and hear him lecture last year. (I posted a drawing of him during the lecture here.) His films are some of my favorite using puppet animation, and have been a huge inspiration to me. Cartoon Brew posted about his passing and the legacy of his work.
